Delivery timelines can depend on which Emirate you’re in:
– Dubai: Orders are handled by our in-house team. Orders received before 11am are delivered the same day, and orders received after 11am are delivered the following working day (Monday to Saturday). Orders received after 11am on Saturday or at any time on Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning.
– Abu Dhabi and all other Emirates: Orders are sent via Aramex and are typically delivered the day after they are dispatched (i.e. next-day delivery) from Mondays to Saturdays. Orders received before 5:30pm are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day, and orders received after 5:30pm are dispatched the next day and are usually delivered the day after dispatch.
We understand that speed matters (especially when it comes to refills!) and we always do our best to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
