Due to restrictions on shipping cylinders by air, we are currently only able to deliver our products within the United Arab Emirates. We deliver throughout the UAE either via our in-house team or via our trusted third party couriers.

We are working on commencing deliveries in other parts of the GCC in the near future, but are currently unable to offer any solid estimates on when this may be possible.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines can depend on which Emirate you’re in:

– Dubai: Orders are handled by our in-house team. Orders received before 10am are delivered the same day, and orders received after 10am are delivered the following working day (Monday to Saturday). Orders received after 10am on Saturday or at any time on Sunday are dispatched on Monday morning.

– Abu Dhabi and all other Emirates: Orders are sent via Aramex and are typically delivered the day after they are dispatched (i.e. next-day delivery) from Mondays to Saturdays. Orders received before 5:30pm are dispatched the same day and delivered the next working day, and orders received after 5:30pm are dispatched the next day and are usually delivered the day after dispatch.

We understand that speed matters (especially when it comes to refills!) and we always do our best to dispatch and deliver orders as quickly as possible. Are there any delivery charges?

We offer free shipping on all orders over AED 100. For orders below this threshold, there is a flat delivery fee of AED 15. If delivery charges are applicable, they will be indicated at the point of checkout before you make your payment.

Can you change my delivery details after I have placed my order?

Give us a call or whatsapp us on +971 50 225 6529 and we’ll do our best to re-route your delivery. If your order has already been dispatched, we may be able to re-route the shipment but delays may occur as a result.

Can I pick up my items?

Due to the nature of our supply chain this is currently not possible. We are, however, working on establishing pick-up points in some Emirates in the near future.

How will I know if my order has been dispatched?

If you are based in Dubai and your order is being handled by our in-house team, we will contact you ahead of delivery to confirm a convenient time for delivery. If you are based in any other Emirate, we’ll send you an email with a consignment tracking number and a tracking link once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.
