Welcome to the website www.bubble-bro.com (“Website”) owned by Bubble Bro Household Appliances Sale, PO Box No. 1025, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates.
Only persons who can enter into a legally binding contract are eligible to purchase using the Website Minors under the age of 18 are not permitted to register as a User of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
The user (“you” or “your”) agrees, understands and acknowledges that the Website is an online platform that enables you to access information and purchase products listed on the Website at the price indicated therein at any time from any location. Your access, use and any purchases made through the Website are subject to and shall constitute your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions, please exit from the Website.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. You will be subject to the policies and conditions of use in force at the time that you use the Website or that you order products through Website.
2. Your Account and Access to Website:
In order to make any online purchase, you will need to register with the Website by giving certain personal identification information. It is your responsibility to ensure that the user name and password to access the Website is kept confidential. If you have any reason to believe that your user name and password is being, or is likely to be used by third parties, you should inform us. We shall have the right to refuse access, terminate or remove the account or edit the contents at any time without notice.
The right to use or access the Website granted to you is a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right for personal use of the Website. You are not authorised to (i) modify the Website (ii) download or copy account information for the benefit of another seller (iii) utilise data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. You must use the Website for lawful purposes only and must not use for fraudulent or other unlawful activity.
3. Orders, Promotions, Price, Payment & Deliveries:
The order placed by you through the Website shall be deemed an offer from you to buy the product(s) specified as per the order from Bubble Bro (“Order”). On receipt of the Order, the Website will automatically generate an e-mail confirming receipt. Your receipt of Order receipt confirmation e-mail is only an acknowledgement of receipt of your Order and does not constitute an acceptance of your Order by Bubble Bro.
Bubble Bro lists availability information for products on the Website. Please note that the stock situation changes dynamically, you will be informed by e-mail if any product(s) you have ordered is/are out of stock for any reason and an estimated availability date will be provided. Subject to availability of the product(s) ordered, Bubble Bro will confirm its acceptance by e-mail confirming the dispatch of the product(s) to your address as specified on your Order (“Acceptance E-mail”). The Order shall be deemed as accepted by Bubble Bro on your receipt of Acceptance E-mail, failing which, the order will be cancelled.
You shall have the right to cancel your Order any time prior to your receipt of Acceptance E-mail without any liability. Any cancellation after receipt of Acceptance E-mail shall be subject to reimbursement of certain charges (“Cancellation Charges”) to cover the cost of expenses (including shipment charges) incurred by Bubble Bro.
The prices and delivery terms specified in the Website are of ex-Bubble Bro warehouse, Fujairah, UAE; these include the cost of usual packing; and are exclusive of all taxes and duties. Unless otherwise stated, you shall be responsible for payment of all charges associated with the purchase of products from us and you shall agree to bear all applicable taxes/VAT levied thereon.
You shall have the option to make the payment either by cash on delivery or by online payment through the secured payment gateway facilities using your own credit cards. The delivery of the products shall be made only on receipt of advance payment for the product(s) and shipment.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection. The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules. Multiple shipments/deliveries may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
The prices and specifications of all products listed on www.bubble-bro.com are subject to change without prior notice owing to stock availability and promotional support from the brands. Prices may vary on advertising material and at time of purchase due to market changes.
The delivery of the products shall be made either directly by Bubble Bro or through third party courier/logistic services providers on all days except on Fridays and National holidays. Shipment charges, if any, are shown and levied at the time of placing an order. Our liability for the product(s) sold stops and the risk passes on to you on delivery to you or to the third party courier/logistic services providers, whichever is the later. Consequently any expense, damage or loss occurring during transportation shall be at our risk, unless the expense, damage or loss originated as a result of your actions.
Bubble-bro.com will not deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
4. Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges or Returns are possible under the terms and conditions as follows:
(a) If any of the products or accessories you purchase from us are damaged or defective, please send us a message via the Contact Us page with your order reference or Account ID along with a brief description of the fault. We will then arrange collection of the item as soon as possible via our prescribed delivery service – we will inspect the item and, if defective, deliver a replacement to you at no further cost. If your purchase was made within 30 days of the date you notified us of the fault, you will also be able to opt for a full refund inclusive of shipping costs. In order to be eligible for a full refund, please return all purchased items in the same condition as you received them, along with the original packaging intact.
(b) Orders can be cancelled without any penalty if you submit a cancellation request via the Contact Us page before your order has been dispatched.
(c) Return requests can be made within 15 days of the date your order was dispatched. In order to qualify for a refund, you must return the products in their original, unopened packaging with any accessories and free of charge items that were included (if applicable). We regret that we are not able to accept returns of used items. Refunds for returns are net of shipping and pickup fees.
(d) To schedule a return please submit a request via our Contact Us page mentioning your purchase reference or Account ID and we’ll arrange pickup of your purchased items via our prescribed delivery service as soon as possible.
(e) If payment was made prior to dispatch via Credit Card or any other available means of payment, Bubble Bro will issue a full refund via the same payment channel. Refunds for purchases made via Cash on Delivery can only be made to a nominated bank account – we will ask you to nominate a bank account to which we will transfer the refund net of shipping fees. Please bear in mind that it may take up to 1 week in order to arrange pickup of the returned items but this will not affect your eligibility for a refund as long as the date you submitted your return request and the condition of the returned items is in line with our Exchange & Returns policy.
5. Warranty Terms & Conditions
DrinkMate Soda Machines carry a one (1) year limited warranty, while accessories that are sold separately carry a six (6) month limited warranty. Warranties exclude consumable items such as CO2 gas. Warranties commence from the date of the Invoice, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Product Warranties are applicable within the limits of United Arab Emirates only. Bubble Bro reserves the right to unilaterally determine the cause of product failure (i.e. Dead on Arrival (DOA) product(s) or Out of the Box failure) and offer the appropriate rectification or solution at its discretion, whether by replacement, repair or otherwise.
Other than what is provided by the brand/manufacturer/distributor, we hereby expressly disclaim any warranties or representations (express or implied) in respect of quality, suitability, accuracy, reliability, completeness, timeliness, performance, safety, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of the products listed or displayed or transacted (including product information and/or specifications) on the Website.
6. Limitations of Liability
The total liability of Bubble Bro, whether in contract, warranty; tort, product liability; and copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property rights infringement; or otherwise, arising out of, connected with, or resulting from the performance or non-performance of any agreement resulting here from or from the sale, delivery resale, repair, replacement or use of any product or the furnishing of any service, shall not exceed the price allocable to the product or service which gives rise to the claim.
In no event, whether as a result of product defect/malfunction, breach of contract, warranty; tort; copyright, trademark, trade secret, patent and other intellectual property infringement or otherwise, shall Bubble Bro be liable for any special, consequential, incidental, indirect or exemplary damages, including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of use of the products, cost of substitute goods.

Third parties other than Bubble Bro and its affiliates may operate stores, provide services, or sell product lines, advertise their products on the Website through a link or links provided on the Website. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant or endorse the offerings of any of these businesses or individuals, or the content of such third party websites.
