Returns, Refunds & Repair Policy

• No-Risk Orders → If a cylinder or product arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll replace it immediately at no extra charge.
  

• Wrong item or issue? → Contact us within 7 days via WhatsApp and we’ll arrange a swap or refund.
  

• Compatibility guarantee → If a Bubble Bro cylinder doesn’t fit your machine, we’ll take it back and issue a full refund.
  

• Unopened products (machines, bottles, syrups) can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in original packaging.

• Zero hassle repairs → If you have any trouble with your machine, let us know - if it’s something we can repair we repair it for free!

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days after we receive the return.
