how to replace your cylinder
- To remove the empty cylinder, turn the machine around and take off the back plate.
- Turn the cylinder counterclockwise until it’s loose, then remove it.
- To install the new cylinder, first remove the plastic wrapper. Take off the plastic cap.
- Slide the cylinder through the hole at the base. Screw it clockwise, and tighten it as much as possible.
- Put the back plate back on. The machine is now ready to use.

Can I exchange any brand’s cylinder?
No, only bubblebro cylinders are accepted due to differences in valve design and CO₂ quality (especially versus quick‑connect models like some Sodastreams).
Where does the CO₂ in the cylinders come from?
We use food-grade CO₂ from a leading supplier in the UAE and refill our cylinders in-house, with consistent high purity.
How can I get a CO₂ cylinder refill?
You can exchange your empty cylinder at a participating retailer or order online for home delivery. We’ll collect your empty and deliver a full cylinder at the same time.
How do I know if my cylinder is empty?
First, make sure it's screwed in properly. If it's still not carbonating, weigh it: a full cylinder is about 1.15–1.2 kg, and empty is around 750–800 g.
