  • Doorstep service → If you’re not going to be home when we deliver, please leave your empty cylinders at your doorstep - Our driver will collect empties and deliver refills to the same spot even if you’re not in.

  • No empties = no refill → Every refill requires returning an empty Bubble Bro cylinder.

  • Pro tip → Keep 3 cylinders at home:
    - 1 in use

  • If not dispatched, we’ll reroute immediately.

  • If dispatched, we’ll try to re-route, but delays may occur.

Can I pick up my order?

Not yet — delivery only. Pick-up points are being planned for select Emirates.

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

What if I’m not home?
Prepaid orders can be left safely at your door or a shaded spot — if our team find your empty cylinders out at your door, they’ll deliver your refills to the same spot.

Special Notes

  • Deliveries are Monday to Saturday only — no Sundays or public holidays.

  • Some remote areas may take an extra day.

  • Delivery only to physical addresses (no PO Boxes).
